"The visit was average, for the most part we were there to bathe and sleep. I did notice that there was a coin laundry. We didn't use or look at it but I believe that there is an outdoor pool. The staff came across as nice. She was very busy. "

"Required a safety deposit of $200 of 2 70yr old women. Credit card name has to match name room is reserved in. Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly & helpful. Ate breakfast next door, but coffee was decent at hotel. Beds are comfy, AC worked."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I am shocked this place has so many good reviews. The location is TERRIBLE. The hotel backs up to public housing and is next to an abandoned, boarded up gas station. When I got out of my car, I noticed a group of men hanging out by the dumpster and as a woman with my mother, I felt so UNSAFE. I immediately got back into my car and found a new hotel to stay the night in. I couldn’t imagine having to leave that hotel at 4am to go to the airport in such a sketchy area."

"By far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! The tub/shower was so bad we stood on a towel to shower, mold/mildew on the ceiling and walls, hair in the sink, tub and on the floor, stained sheets. We put our shoes on to walk back and forth from the bed to the bathroom. Under the bed had never been cleaned I’m sure. The continental breakfast was out of items and coffee was a 20 min wait. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk seemed like we were a bother to him. We were only there for about 10 hours and that was to long!"

"The pool area was great. It had like an oasis in the city all kinds of pretty flowers and plants clean comfortable. The whole place was was just great. Never went in the hot tub though, but we will be back if we go to Phoenix again thank you."
