"Air conditioning worked. Room had no water, no napkins, the tiniest bar of soap, all of which I'm guessing is pretty normal for the price. However, the light switches were dirty, the pillows were dirty, the bath towels and face towels were dirty. The door and fridge were dirty. I'm sure the bed was too but I didn't have a black light to check. Everything was hella dirty. The toilet was dirty so I lined it with toilet paper. The bath was dirty, it still had hair in it!!!!!!!!! Just hella dirty!!! Never again at that place or their franchise. "

"Room smelled like stale cigarettes. There was a leak dripping from the ceiling in our bathroom. Cigarette burns in the sheets."

"The gentleman in the front office was kind and fast to get us checked in, especially after driving for hours and needed some rest, that was much appreciated. The rooms was clean but the hotel looked run down and out of date. I also didn’t have a tv in our room but it looked like it was equipped for one but it was missing. The parking has lots of potholes. "

"Staff couldn’t be bothered very unfriendly. Went to use the pool and was told we couldn’t use it. The whole reason for booking there was so we could have a pool day after our cruise. Staff not apologetic in anyway at all. Actually told me I am crazy to let my kids swim anyway they will get sick. Then told me what do you expect from an airport hotel. Room had stains all over the carpet, bed sheet had stains and were ripped. Had to ask for bedding for the second bed. Foot stool also ripped. Breakfast was mediocre the toppings for the waffles were mouldy. The only thing that was good was the shuttle service to the airport. Overall a very disappointing stay. "
