Hotels in Palacio

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, including shaving and dental kits, shower caps, and a variety of cute little bottles of toiletries. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city. We’ll definitely...

Loved the hotel and great service

Unfortunately only stayed here one night when I traveled back from Sevilla to catch a non stop flight from Madrid to go back home to the states.Wish I had stayed here the week I spent in Madrid instead of the other hotel I stayed in. The room and amenities were incredible not mention the restaurant on site was amazing. Easily the best tasting food I encountered on my trip 😂 even from well known restaurants. Don’t hesitate and reserve now.

Grandioso como siempre. Nuestro hotel en Madrid.

Although this hotel is in a busy area convenient to shopping and sites, it was very quiet in the room. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean with all necessary amenities. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with a bar that served food also. The breakfast area had a terrace also with a great view and great breakfast choices. I will definitely return!

You couldn't ask for a better location. Steps from everything. And everyone was really nice and helpful. A particular shout out to James for his suggestions to help us experience Madrid. Also -- breakfast was great.

Affordable location considering it’s Madrid. Walkable distance from many shopping places and restaurants. Metro station nearby. Good restaurants and bars nearby which were open late into the night.

Excelente hotel con una ubicación privilegiada. El personal sumamente atento y servicial. El Buffett de desayuno pudiera mejorar ofreciendo mayor variedad.

Having taken 6 week each travel vacations in Spain & Portugal for the last 6 years, This was the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Not fanciest, not the largest room, but the best designed. The room was sized perfectly with a balcony over the street. The bed was comfortable with great pillows. (Finding great pillows in Spain is not as easy as it sounds, no matter what you pay). The walk-in shower had a nicely pebbled non-stick floor and multiple shower heads. Anywhere you thought you might need...

We absolutely loved the location (couldn't ask for a better one), the staff and place. Only a a very few points off, due to the size of the room. I believe that they may vary a bit, from the lead picture. Ours was one of the smaller variety, which was okay for us, but some may find it a bit cramped. With that caveat, I would highly recommend the Hostal Met Madrid.

Wonderful property just across the palace. It was like having the royal gardens in your front yard. Great restaurants around the area. Very easy and safe to walk around at night.

Walking distance in central Madrid area. Wonderful breakfast and restaurant staff. Room functionality and overall utility is also excellent.

Good stay overall. Parking was difficult and off site and no where to leave luggage. Otherwise once inside, very comfortable

I wasn't sure we wanted to stay over a plaza but what a wonderful experience. I admit that when we first checked in we were put in a small room which was adequate but since it was maybe my only stay in Madrid I thought we might upgrade to a larger room. What an incredible staff. The first night balcony rooms were booked but the very next night they offered to move us. No EXTRA Charge for a beautiful room. we loved having the bathroom/wardrobe seperated by a private door so one could sleep while...

Perfect hotel if you like to be in the middle of the action. Walking distance to plaza mayor and mercado de San Miguel (5 min). The staff is great. Ricardo received us early in the morning and we felt welcome at arrival. The street is full of small restaurants and bars. We had a great Madrid experience. We will come again and many times. Tank you people. Blessings.

Outstanding service. Apartment hotel very roomy and comfortable. Central location. Close to market, tourist sites, and metro.

Letoh Letoh is very convenient to everything around central Madrid either by walking or Metro which there is a station only a block from the hotel. The staff was extremely responsive to questions prior to my arrival. The room was comfortable and clean and everything in the hotel appeared well maintained.
