Love this hotel. Clean. Friendly service. We also enjoy the restaurant. The shuttle runs like clockwork too.

Great facilities, clean, and well maintened; it's a shame that it's in the middle of a commercial/industrial office area with few restaurants or shops within walking distance.

They actually called me to see what time I was arriving and asking if I needed a shuttle from the airport!

We were put in a room on the first floor by dinning hall and it’s was noisy. Not a lot of sleep.

Valley Ho has been providing superior hospitality to their guests for decades and they certainly haven’t lost their touch! You can tell that the culture of their company shines brightly through their people… VALLEY HO is absolutely doing things right!

This was my third time staying at this property and it remains stellar in all areas. The front desk staff are attentive and efficient, check in was smooth, and there are dining options if needed. I don't eat breakfast but loved the free option and the coffee was good. Overall, a nice place for an overnight stay

The bed was like sleeping in a cloud!

Everything is amazing beautiful and perfect. If you are a light sleeper, be aware of fact a light rail train runs by one side of the hotel and a warning/safety bell rings a couple times an hour as it goes by outside. Personally I can sleep through anything and it didn't bother me at all, but I just kept thinking that if I were a light sleeper it would have been a problem and I was a little surprised that nobody has mentioned it previously in the reviews. But every single other thing was...

The suite was large, updated and very clean. The kitchen had some stainless steel cookware which was a real plus…most rentals have damaged teflon. The staff made us feel so welcomed. Everything about our stay there was excellent.

Stayed just one night to be close to the PHX airport for a very early morning flight. The hotel was pleasant, clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a 10-15 min drive to the airport, super convenient. Fair price.
