A great stay in Oaxaca. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street, which was wonderful for peace and quiet. Check-in was smooth, complete with a complimentary welcome Mezcal. The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable for a restful night's sleep.

The property is charming and very well located. The rooms are large and clean and have thoughtful details (eg sound machine for getting to sleep). Lots of great art throughout.

One suggestion for the main desk, just to be more friendly as guests are coming in and out. For example, just say Buenos Dias or Buenas Noches it makes the overall experience much friendly.

It is a 10 room hotel family operated and always available to help and guide visitors. Both Sylvia and Clara were welcoming attentive. Breakfast is made very morning at the request of the guest with one day advance notice at a very reasonable additional fee. Roof terrace is very comfortable with beer, water and soft drinks available on the honor system. Coffee and tea are no charge. We stayed at parador San Miguel for 3 days,hotel has 3 levels with terraces for relaxing,our suite was fabulous with air conditioning,Jacuzzi,the most comfortable king bed and antiques everywhere,plants,trees and flowers are everywhere,making the hotel look like a tropical paradise,staff was extra friendly,food in restaurant was beyond delicious and we we sad to leave.Manuel and America,the proprietors,speak perfect english,Manuel having been educated in San Francisco.FABULOSO!!!
It was beautiful. Beyond our expectations. Great ambiance. Staff was on top of everything, super friendly and helpful. They truly made tis experience the best! While at the coffee bar, my 7 year old daughter wanted a milk chocolate drink that was not on the menu and the two young guys at the bar offered to make it. They truly make it special! Definitely recommend.
Casa Antonieta was incredible! If you have the chance to stay here, you should without question. The staff here was so attentive and helpful with arrangements and recommendations. Their response time to emails was some times nearly instantaneous and everything they recommended was top notch. The room was spacious and relaxing, and had a shower with great water pressure. Fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and Mezcalerias all within a few blocks. I look forward to staying at Casa Antonieta again...
What a gem! Gorgeous hotel. Rooms and bathroom a little small for Americans but for the rest of the world it’s perfect. Service is excellent. I was craving a fruit drink with real fruit and was surprised that the staff brought one to me after I mentioned it. Ivan at the front desk speaks excellent English and will provide comfortable tours to the best sites in the area. The owner and his son were there on our last day and made sure to check in with us. Only 9 rooms making it a boutiques hotel....
A very clean well kept hotel. The entire staff was very kind and helpful.
The only problem I recommend to be done to our room is to fix the drainage in the shower drain system. The water stays in the area and it doesn’t drain properly.

The entire experience and staff were amazing. Gerardo and Julio were a part of making it amazing. The food was perfect, the rooftop pool, the room and the location was on point. We will be returning. Shout out to the transportation company too!! Thanks for an amazing first visit!
We are so thankful because we were allowed to check in early. I guess they have available rooms so we were really lucky for that.
The location its amazing the zocalo its like 5 minutes walk and the 20 the noviembre two blocks away.
The staff was really helpful and friendly.
The room was clean and nice , the bed was a bit small but comfortable.
However the AC AND FAN make up for it

This hotel is in a pleasant and easily walkable neighborhood. The rooms are nice, it's quiet, it's kept clean, and the rooftop deck is awesome.
But the best part is Emilio. He rushed out to help us with parking before we even got to the door. He reassured us about our travel plans after the disturbing events of late February 2026. If you're going to Ciudad Oaxaca, this is where you should stay.
Great old school Hotel sure it’s older but beautiful property staff was great. Pool was nice not too far from the central. They always have a taxi waiting there for you to go or you can walk probably your 10 or 15 minute walk-through Oaxaca.
