"All staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was well-maintained and clean. The rooms over looking the ocean are breathtaking, and steps away from the beach. The gym is a great facility, with a plethora of machines and free weights. The restaurants, both buffet and table service, were great. Food was well-prepared and delicious. Entertainment options were great for all ages. We loved this resort and all the accommodations that we were able to access."

"Great location and gorgeous beach, however the resort lacks amenities. No sports bar, no activities room (e.g. pool tables, foosball tables, shuffleboard). Also the hallway carpeting is old and dirty and they use a strong chemical detergent to try to mask the smell. Food at restaurants very good however they have to start using a reservation system instead of having people start lining up before 6:00 to enter the restaurants. The STAFF absolutely fantastic across all areas."

"We were not aware of the daily “service charges” for this property. It’s a lovely property but be aware that the price you book is not the price you pay . Our stay cost us $550 more than expected because of service charges . Additionally you have to pay for palapas on the beach . Another $100 a day which is ridiculous after spending so much to stay there."

" We were not thrilled with our room- 7303. Was an old room in need of updating. The door to the balcony kept jamming and was hard to get open. Shower and toilet area was showing a lot of ware. Shower water went hot and cold by itself. The rest of the property was very good. Staff was always excellent. Restaurants were very good. "
