"This is actually a great hotel to stay in with quick access to restaurants and lake. We had a room facing the street which had some great nostalgic windows which you will not find in other hotels. We were there during the fiesta's which was a bit loud, but the experience and design of the interior space really is something different and gives you an old-world charm. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly. This is a small hotel, and I believe offers 11 rooms total with different layouts...

"Staff changing shift need to communicate efficiently between them. When I arrived I requested a shuttle for the morning and was informed to be downstairs 5 minutes prior. When I arrived in the morning 5 minutes prior the person at the lobby stated it was not on the list. They did solve the issue in the moment but confused me because expectations set not fulfilled as stated. Other than that everything else was great ."

"Your property is beautiful your surrounding surround your dinner in your bar are immaculate and beautiful and comfortable and we hope that we use them again soon. However, the meal we had there left a lot to be desired. I was served a plate a fruit which was not the fruit that was promised to me I questioned them and they gave me one that was promised to me, but only one of the five or six that were supposed to be on the plate according to the menu. The staff was a little bit hard to manage conversing with as they say they understood no English it also I think maybe there has to be a way to make sure that your staff speaks English as well as Spanish or at least has some kind of a way to translate as we did so it was up to us to translate. We think it should be up to you. And your bartender was not there the night we were there and now ordered a couple of margaritas and it took like over an hour for them to figure out what to do because they didn’t know if they had the right materials and sewing, but all in all the place was very very nice and we do look forward to coming back as we have a person in a care facility at one of the facilities in La Flores, which is only a few blocks actually from your hotel and we will be staying there when we come to visitor thank you very much"
