A very respectable 62 years old hotel which still preserved and reasonbly cared facilities, safe and secure ambience, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to everybody looking for an island of safety in a hectic city.

ITC is a very beautiful resort, however the room were a little dated. I booked 3 rooms, 1 room did not have wifi, the TV was outdated and did not have Netflix. The service was great and buffet for breakfast. The street entering the hotel is very busy and noisy, it’s hard cross the street there are no stop lights, at one point I called a rickshaw to just cross the street. The hotel is close to the airport with complementary 24 hrs service to the airport. The restaurant have one of the best food in India. The hotel overall was clean, well maintained and decorated. My only complain is that there were some mol spots in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel!

Our stay at the Marriott courtyard was superb.when we entered the property we were a bit apprehensive since the place appeared smaller than the website pictures. But all our fears were allayed as soon as we met Smiti at reception! She was kind, warm friendly , caring and as soon as she heard that we were arriving after a stomach flu in Delhi, she arranged tea and drinks for us and upgraded our room and looked after our welfare till we checked out. Superb experience. We went to Agra first and then to Delhi where we stayed in Hyatt Regency and were disappointed and really missed the Agra Radisson facilities. The buffet had fantastic variety and the food was very tasty. We were very happy.

Clean and comfy. Staff warm and accommodating. Location very close to Taj Mahal and the Red Fort. Wanted early breakfast and it was given cheerfully. Everything in room was modern and in good repair.
