Hotels in Musrara

my 4th trip to Jerusalem since 2013. First time I stayed at other than King David. Loved Herbert Samuel (HS). Great staff, nice new rooms, good breakfast. All you need. HS is new and in the center of everything and much nicer rooms than King David. Also an easy walk to Old City. I recommend this hotel to friends - I will stay here again.

Excellent location. Room was very clean and stay very responsive. Coffee and tea were available supermarket very close by and it is right next to the Mamilla mall which has shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a great stay.

I really appreciate staff’s hospitality. I booked the room without breakfast. But they provided me complimentary breakfast considering my long flight from Japan and tiredness. In addition, my check in time was from 2 pm. But they also provided early check in. Thanks to their heartfelt hospitality, my stay was really good:) I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. And I’ll definitely stay here if I visit Jerusalem again! Thank you for all staffs and excellent property!

very kind staff

If you are picky and like nice hotels, this place is for you. My mom and I stayed here and loved everything about it. The Arthur is exactly what it claims to be. The description and photos are exact and the other reviews are pretty much dead on and the service is beyond compare. They make you feel like family. The rooms- Small (most are) but homey with excellent utilization of the space. We felt like it was out home away from home. Bring conditioner! They only have a 2-in-1 shampoo....

This hotel is across the street from the famous King David Hotel, located close to the old city and a few minutes walk from Ben Yehuda Street shopping. It's a modern, clean and cheerfully decorated place with friendly, courteous staff. The only reasons why I didn't give it five starts across the board are these: 1- the free parking is a bonus when you consider that the hotel is in a busy, historic area with little street parking; but.. the underground garage is very small and can be difficult to...

When we missed our flight on my wife's birthday we were distraught. We went out for a walk to clear our minds. Nora Koutoujian, Assistant Office Manager at Dan Boutique, surprised us by bringing flowers, a chocolate birthday cake, a bottle of wine and balloons. She is exceptional. Next time I am in Jerusalem, I will definitely stay at Dan Boutique, a beautiful, well located and customer friendly hotel above all others.

A true gem in in the Old City. Spent four days at this the St. George's Cathedral Pilgrim Guesthouse and would have completed my stay in Jerusalem here if I hadn't booked a non-refundable night at another hotel. The location is ideal. Exit Damascus Gate and take Nablus Rd. strIghtaway. You pretty much can't get lost. Breakfast was good and the surroundings are beautiful. Wi-Fi worked fantastically. Very close to the Garden Tomb. Admission is free and the volunteers are very knowledgeable. I'm...

Outstanding service and perfect location for your pilgrimage to the Holy Land. It's located across from the New Gate and a short 10 min walk to the Holy Sepulcher. The staff was wonderful and the restaurants offered a terrific menu as well as an amazing view of Jerusalem. From a spiritual standpoint, we were able to attend mass everyday at the chapel and it was a perfect way to reflect on our day.

A beautiful old world experience. Staff were uniformly excellent and attentive in every respect.

Hotel is very close to ALL jerusalem attractions, with all amenities of 5 stars hotel. Very large and luxurious rooms even by US standards. Unmatchable service.

The room was what I expected, spacious and clean. The staff were very courteous informative and helpful. I will be returning!

Very clean , good food and excellent customer service

Amir the receptionist was excellent in accommodating us when we checked in/out. He has a Great personality.

Very attentive owners who run the place and are very knowledgeable with recommendations to local attractions. Very clean & nice little suite with all needed amenities and resonably priced in Israeli hotel standards. Very good value for cost in Jerusalem. Honers serve a very nice Israeli breakfast daily.
