"The reception was very helpful. The property is about a 12 minute walk from Gueliz centre. A bit isolated and property unmarked from the outside.
Otherwise it was comfortable and clean."
"The staff was amazing! They helped us with everything we needed from calling taxis, helping us navigate the area and made our little one feel extra welcome! The chicken tajine we had was one of our favourites on the trip!
The Riad is in a quieter area but it is walkable to the strip with all major restaurants. "
"Location was good - easy walk to shops and restaurants. Apt. was clean & spacious and check-in was a breeze. If you need a break from the Medina & Souks this is your place."
"Ubicación muy cerca del Jardin Majorelle y museo YSL. Pero la plaza jemaa el fna es unos 30 minutos andando no 10 como dice en la descripción. Esta limpio y el desayuno es muy bueno, te ponen de todo. No hablan ingles apenas, solo francés pero se hacen entender."
"We had an incredible stay. The staff is some of the friendliest people i have ever encountered. Totally amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the choices changed every day. The coffee was top notch. The pool was super nice with comfortable sun lounges . Everything was very clean. Our room was cleaned too perfection every day. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
"Lovely suite, perfect location right next to Gueliz. Very quiet area but what really impressed us was the staff service, everyone was so kind and helpful, especially the reception staff and the stuart who called a taxi for us on the last day. Amazing food, the restaurant is very classy and food so fresh and delicious, we had dinner there and were quite impressed, also the buffet breakfast has many options and lots of good food"
"Hotel in a great location, amazing staff, especially Suqina, charming and kind, always with a smile, Mohammed, a charming and kind man.
This is part of the magic of Morocco: good people and excellent service.
Thank you for a wonderful stay."

Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. Beautiful riad inside the marketplace in Marrakesh - but NO noise at all from outside. Staff were amazing; every request handled immediately with great attention to detail, and wonderful warmth and courtesy. They truly cared about making every guest feel welcome. The breakfast, which we had served to us on the rooftop, each day, was a great variety of tastes and textures - freshly made. Our toom accomodation was a two floor "apartment", with beautiful...
This hotel will take care of you and get to know you. The room was timeless and a classic Moroccan beauty. This hotel was the best part of our trip to Marrakesh. The Jazz Bar essence and atmosphere is outstanding. I felt like I had been transported in time but with all the amenities. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and been disappointed before but this one gets it right. We felt no need to even leave the hotel in the evenings with the jazz bar and two restaurants. Breakfast is also...
Straightforward check in service with affable staff, our room was wonderful, clean and comfortable.
The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for our itinerary. Lovely terrace for daily included breakfast, although it was carb heavy, a few more protein options would have been nice to start the day.
A mini fridge and hooks in the bathroom would be good touches for the rooms.
Comfortable stay in a beautiful well curated Riad.
Thank you to all the kind staff members for a...
Riad Khabia’s staff, Julien and his mother Dani, were absolutely amazing! I wasn’t sure what to expect in Marrakech, and honestly was a little nervous and anxious, but they made me feel very comfortable and
Excellent service, gorgeous moorish architecture, staff coordinated all our excursions. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful every single day. Rooms are clean and air conditioned. Staff is always at your service no matter what time you need something. In site laundry service available.
This place is beautiful, I could not stop taking pictures. The staff is amazing and super helpful, the breakfast is delicious and the location is great, a couple minutes walking from the souks. Would definitely recommend staying here.
For me, what distinguishes a good stay vs. a great stay is the level of service. From the moment you arrive at the Riad Cocoon, the owner (Corrine) personally greets you and makes you feel so welcome in her beautiful riad. She has everything prepared for your visit and will personally ensure all your needs are met - dinner reservations, taxis, excursions, etc. The staff are very attentive and will make sure your stay is comfortable. Breakfast is served on the sunny rooftop terrace overlooking...
had a wonderful stay and was truly impressed by the outstanding service from the entire hotel staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit.
A special thank you to bartender Mohammed, who provided exceptional service. He was friendly, professional, and made every visit to the bar enjoyable with his great attitude and excellent drink recommendations. His warm hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to my experience.

I had a great stay at the Ksar Anika. The room was beautiful and super comfortable. Overall the hotel had a great ambiance and the complementary breakfast was delicious. The staff were also really helpful and friendly and made a really pleasant stay.
Riad Livia was one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakech. The breakfast was outstanding, and the rooftop was absolutely my favorite part—I found myself wanting to stay there instead of going out because it was so peaceful and beautiful.
A special thank you to Youssef and Simo, who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their hospitality truly made a difference.
The location is also perfect: about a 10-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa, close enough to...
This Riad is a magical little Oasis about a 10 min walk from the main square. My friends and I took advantage of the airport pick up which was seamless and took the stress out of being in a new country. once at the riad we were greeted by Mohammed the manager of the hotel. what a gem of a man. he first offered us mint tea and cookies while he explained the property and gave us some handy tip on being in Marrakech. And he also has a great sense of humour! We indulged in the meal on the first...
