"Quite possibly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was smooth and I was kindly offered a room upgrade free of charge. The room was impeccable. Spa services were wonderful and my massage was amazing. Room service was definitely the highlight for me, the food was fresh and tasty. "Had a wonderful stay of 2 days, then returned for another night later in my trip. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, specifically a young woman named Saja. She helped me with directions, booked a car for me, and assisted me with every need I had. She was the most kind, helpful, understanding, and professional staff member at this hotel. I returned to stay because of her. I stayed in room #403, it had a queen bed, a single, and overlooked the Roman Amphitheatre. Room was comfortable, clean, safe, and quiet. Heat/AC worked very well. Elevator worked well in the hotel, and the social space overlooking the city is stunning as well. The location is close to cheap eats, restaurants, and fantastic shopping. They offer tour/operator services for guests and another young lady was amazing in caring for my lost luggage that was delivered. The breakfast presented by a woman named Mama, was the best I had in Jordan. Fresh foods were offered in savory & sweet. Mama took very good care of the guests, and takes great pride in her breakfast. She was delightful! The Hummus was the best I tasted in Jordan. Thank you to the amazing women, Saja(Front Desk), and Mama(Breakfast), you both made my stay outstanding, and my trip to Jordan even more enjoyable. This hotel is an outstanding value for the staff, comfort, and value received for the price."
