No es común encontrar un equipo donde la amabilidad se siente genuina, no ensayada. Se nota que el espíritu de este lugar viene de las personas que lo habitan día a día.

"Great fun boutique hotel in a less touristy area, while very safe. Close to shopping centers. And slide to the highway ti the airport. Cuts the endless transit time of Lima.
Restaurant is excellent. The ribeye with pepper sauce is super tender !

I have been traveling to Lima several times ver the last 10 years. I always select Tierra Viva Miraflores at Gral. Mendiburu. The staff is just superb - from check-in to breakfast to assistance with taxis, etc. Suggest selecting a room facing the inside courtyard for lower steer noise.
I had a great time in this hotel. It is conveniently located in a nice area, across a very nice mall that has everything!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone - Room 1010 is great!

This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar!
Stayed two nights in November 2015. Space around the king-size bed was modest, nice bathroom, everything worked well. WiFi was nice to have. There is an elevator. Breakfast on the 8th floor was good and offered considerable variety.
Most impressive was how helpful the front desk staff was. Everyone there had very good English, and they were always quick with answers, map, assistance getting taxis, etc.

This property is a few months old and is still sparkling new. I came through Lima last month and stayed at the JW Marriott. I didn’t enjoy my stay there and am thrilled I booked the Pullman instead on my return. The hotel is smaller but the staff, guest rooms, service and amenities are all beyond what I expected. SUGGESTION: Since Lima is not a place where people can drink tap water, it is necessary that the hotel provides mineral water on a daily bases not only the first day. Requesting it every night is not comfortable specially when arriving after the restaurant is closed. Since there is a little refrigerator in the room, bottles could be kept there and charged to the room.
