My wife & I loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for us—it was close to the airport and not too far from the pyramids for our day trip there. The free transports to/from the hotel were easy to arrange (over the phone) and on time both times. I was very impressed with the service and quality of this hotel for the price. Nice & reasonable hotel

I would recommend the Staybridge Suites in Cairo to any American traveling to Cairo. Although it was not close to the tourist sites, Our one bedroom suite provided a welcome retreat from the often overwhelming chaos that is Cairo. It was incredibly nice to get back at the end of our day and have a comfortable living room, with good WiFi, to unwind in. We stayed at the Holy Sheet during our recent family trip. The hotel was easy to locate (signage posted on street poles, showing directions to elevator entrance). Once you arrived on the 9th floor, you do have to climb one more set of stairs, but the staff was there to carry our luggage up for us. The rooms were very spacious and had fantastic balconies. Hotel is in a great location, set back on a quiet end of a hectic road. Only a 10-15 minute taxi to the pyramids/GEM. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. We had a poolside room which was great for easy access to the pool facilities. The breakfast is brilliant, lots of hot and cold choices with a stunning view of the Giza pyramids. All the staff were great, meeting us on arrival, carrying our bags and were helpful with of our queries. Thanks for a great stay.

Fairmont Nile City was a beautiful hotel. I booked the signature room which allowed access to the Gold Lounge on the 15th floor. The Gold Lounge provides free wifi (free wifi also in hotel room), work space on 2nd level, free breakfast, free light lunch, and free happy hour light dinner (wine and beer included). From my room, I could see the pyramids. From the roof, you could also see the pyramids and watch the daily life around the pyramids. They were very attentive to your needs. I loved it.

I paid a little extra for the room with a view of the pyramids and wow it was so worth it. You have to tune out the horn honking because it's on a major street.

Luxury hotel indeed. They have a great huge pool surrounded with a green space including a café. if you got a room with a direct access to the pool you will feel that you are staying in a resort not normal hotel. The hotel in a new area where there is no traffic no noise. Staff are very helpful and very friendly.. the only problem is that the hotel is in an area where there is no taxies around, so you have to ask for a taxi through the hotel front desk. Our stay at the Le Meridien was great. We were able to walk straight to the hotel through the airport. Food was amazing and we spent the day lounging at the pool. We picked up nice souvenirs from the gift shop and were relaxed for our flight home the next day.

The front desk staff checked me in early and answered all my queries immediately. The safe box in the room was out of serine and the hotel staff has it fixed within 15 minutes.

The room with a view was incredible. Had balcony and could see all pyramids clearly. Small refrigerator was very useful. My room was esthetically pleasing. Could see one pyramid from bed. Mostafa the Manager was very helpful.
