İlk gece televizyon bozuk olduğu için kullanamadım ama ertesi gün hemen hallettiler. Duş alırken su bir anda sogudu, onu da bir 5 dakika sonra hallettiler. Genel olarak ortalamanın üzerinde bir oteldi. Merkeze yakın, her yere yürüme mesafesinde, otelin hemen altında 24 saat açık Çorbacı var."

It's very spacious and looks great on paper, plus it's very well located, but the appearances quickly fall apart as most things in the appartment are dysfunctional (from toilets, to showers, to beds, to tv, to lack of amenities, to maids knocking at the door to check you out quickly...)"
"This place is by a night club and is so noisy at night. We were not able to sleep. Also, the apartment was not clean. There was a big like wine spot on the rug in the living room, and so many burn marks on the sofa and coffee table. We reserved a non smoking room, and we found at least 3 unused cigars in the room. Also, the bathroom/ shower was not clean enough and there was a lot of hair and other items! There."

Van Museum is just one of the attractions in İpekyolu, Van so you might want to stop by during your trip. If you want to experience more of the culture Van has to offer, head to Van AVM, Ataturk City Stadium, and Seven Churches.
If you like strolling among the stalls, you might want to head out to Cheese Shops Bazaar in İpekyolu and take in the atmosphere. Splash some more cash at Van AVM.
Van Life Hotel was very nice hotel and I enjoyed my time there. It is clean, quite, in a nice neighborhood close to the city center. The only shortcoming was the air-conditioning which sometimes worked and some other times did not. However, the time I was there it was not so hot and being in upper floors helped with air-conditioning.
The staff were so kind. They immediately offered tea while we were in the lobby. They offered help and assistance with everything. Checkin was fast. They upgraded our room. Breakfast on the top floor was great. Air conditioner worked well. Only downside was it was buried deep in the shopping district so it was inconvenient driving to and from the hotel in the congested streets. Big bonus: They had a private parking lot right in front of the hotel.
The staff were among the best and most respectful I have ever encountered in my travels. Gökhan, Emir, and Ali were especially helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was also excellent!
