"The deluxe suit had a stale aroma, there was no Wi-Fi, when we asked the receptionist to help with the smart TV as it wouldn’t work due to no internet, he said they were sending someone to fix the problem but they didn’t come and no explanation given or apology. There was loud life music outside the hotel all night till 5am, the rooms are advertised as soundproof and we could hear people above coughing all night. Terrible overnight stay and will never use this hotel again. "

"I arrived late at night, and I couldn't find the entrance to the hotel. The fist floor is being renovated and the temporar entrance is through a door on the back of the building. The hotel should have notified me, giving instructions on how, and where to check in.
