"Quiet rural location, close to both Belgian and German border. Rooms in new wing, including pool and spa. Breakfast and meeting rooms in castle part, trip from rooms to castle is cobblestone path, can be tricky for reduced mobility elders. Breakfast buffet is vast, good eggs, selection of hams, bread could have been a bit more freshly baked, but you can toast.
Pool area is great, clean, and with adjacent sauna, and access to outside garden area.

A great place to stay, right off the highway, family owned and run for generations. The food in the restaurant was the best we had in Belgium and Amsterdam. The pool was beautiful and so clean.
We've been coming to Art Hotel for many years. It is a great place to relax and have an amazing breakfast in a very quiet calm area of the city, yet 10 min taxi from city center or nice 30min walk. We will continue to come here <3
Wir lieben es so sehr, dass wir noch eine 2. Woche hier gebucht haben. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück ist gesund und vielfältig und auch der Garten ist sehr sauber. Ich reise mit einem 9 jährigen Kind und er fühlt sich auch pudelwohl.
The hotel was modern with small but clean rooms and a good location. Bathroom setup with tub & separate shower plus additional toilet room was nice, but with the sofa bed made, there wasn't anywhere to leave our luggage. The kids play area in the lobby, kids' check gift & a large breakfast buffet was very nice extra for the kids. The bar was opened late for the world cup game, which Germany won - definitely a great way to end the day.
The unit was spotless, well-maintained and well-appointed for our extended stay. The property is in a great location, easy to access and the staff was exceptionally helpful. We’ll definitely visit again!
Nice apartment - could do with a refresh on the condition of the suite but clean and good value. Very nice host. Walkable to Aachen Dom & old city. Plenty of good restaurants in town and great breakfast spots nearby. Very close to the thermal baths. Overall 8.5 out of 10.
Nice boutique hotel just across the border in Belgium and just minutes away from the beautiful Dutch city of Maastricht. The couple that run the hotel are attentive and helpful. The comfort of the room was first rate. There's a little bus near the hotel that has you in Maastricht city center in 15-20 minutes (important note: Uber doesn't operate in Belgium but the hotel will get you a cab if needed). The breakfast is not extensive but enough to get you going in the morning. One teeny tiny...
