We enjoyed our stay as we were 2 adults & 2 small children (5 & 2). The hotel was clean and there was a pool area to take the children. The suite we stayed in was perfect to allow the children to go to sleep while we could stay up and enjoy the evening. The breakfast buffet was top notch and very filling. We stayed there to attend an event at the Messe Dusseldorf and it was only a 15 minute drive away from the hotel so it worked out perfectly.

A few minor criticisms: Electrical outlets to charge devices are scarce and quite far away from the living/sleeping area. The rooms are so comfortable and have everything to feel relaxed. The pool and sauna are superb and spotless. There is a choice of four restaurants and we ate very well indeed with excellent service and a superb wine list .
Stayed for one night, arrived late in the evening without any problems. Staff was very accommodating. The next day we drove to Paris and after checking into the hotel there we realized that we left my wife's $200 curling iron and a wireless mouse for my laptop in the hotel room in Neuss. One of the staff was very very arrogant rude he gave me my room card and the room was very dirty not clean so I go back to him he told me we don't have house keeping at the moment and I will offer u new towels I told him what r u saying to stay in a dirty room he reply back don't shout at me then his manger or colleague he apologized to me and give me new room I spent in this hotel 6 night this happend at 08-july-2017 12:07 am .
