"Pet friendly, Well they have a dog and two cats so yes they love there pets. Stayed a week and room cleaned and bed changed on request. Always pleased to do this straight away. Very friendly couple nothing too much trouble. I had a very relaxing week plane spotting. All rooms 3 on ground floor and breakfast kitchin. Upstairs rooftop outside view of planes landing and possible to go up two more levels. Good sitting area plus small cafe area. I had evening meal. Snacks drinks all served there."

"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "Very clean hotel with a stunning views of the mountains and golf course. Breakfast was pretty standard continental one. Even though it was very difficult to find, I think it is good place to rest and enjoy the scenery. Valentina was super helpful. Checking online is a must. "

"Excellent location in the old town area of Las Palmas with the bus station just across the road from it from where you can get a direct service to the airport. The hotel room is modern and tastefully decorated the bathroom has a walk in shower and the water pressure is excellent. This is an ideal hotel for a short break to Las Palmas. "Casa Pino (formerly Andrea) was spotlessly clean. Lots of warm blankets for the chilly nights. It was nice to chat with other travelers. Location is great. Rooms are located on different floors and may or may not have a window to the exterior. The very vigilant custodian/housekeeper is always around to help out, and chat."
