The architecture in the lobby alone is enough to make you never want to leave. The staff was super kind and helpful which was honestly the cherry on top. "Fantastic stay at L'HÔTEL du LAC, Hanoi I stayed at L'HÔTEL du LAC for a week and a half in October and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter — close to many sights, cafés, and shops, yet quiet enough for a restful stay. My room was spotless, very comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were exceptional — genuinely warm, attentive, and with great attention to detail. Their hospitality really made my stay memorable. The hotel’s **Le Ciel Sky Bar** is a highlight — the evening city views are beautiful, and the cocktails are creative and expertly made. I also visited **La Maison Spa**, where I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had — truly first-class service. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Hanoi, and I’d happily stay again! "
