Told there was valet, but there’s no real on-site parking — ended up wasting 30 minutes finding a space myself. Staff presentation was poor (one concierge visibly dishevelled and stained shirt). Room was unacceptable: No TV, no internet, no working phone Dirty towels Basic items missing Reported issues — nothing fixed. Overall, service was appalling. Won’t return."

"The room was clean, bright and the decor was vibrant and had character. The location of the hotel is fantastic for fortitude valley activities especially the Tivoli and night life. Highly recommend."

"We liked the location, the apartment was spacious, breakfast is handy. The washing machine and the dryer were dusty mouldy and old- the main two things that I needed with the kids, but couldn’t really use. Dishwasher in the kitchen didn’t clean the dishes well. The patio’s floor was v dusty. Air conditioner is dusty, internet and TV didn’t work well. Parking is super tight and not always available."
