"A lovely hotel about 25 mins walk to the centre, we had a large room with great shower, bed and aircon. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were very pleasant. The area was quiet and perfect for our stay. We would definitely come again, Cartagena is a great place to visit!"

It is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff. I was there for two weeks. Not at the center of things, but the price and facility was great. About 5 minutes drive to downtown area. Parking was ample and free.
Three-night stay. Four-star hotel with everything as described in advertising. Just a bit away from the heart of the tourist district which is a good thing. You still get street noise, but it is more atmospheric than annoying. Very good gym facility, but it was closed on Sunday. Ample apartment with good facilities. No one on site. Difficult to access. You are supposed to get a form to checkin online and then you get a code to open the doors. They claimed they did not get my email and phone from Expedia. They refused to let me access my unit to connect my computer and complete the checkin. In the end we drove to thier offices and they completed the paperwork. The locks with codes are not user friendly. In the end someone arrived and let us in.
The apartment is adjacent to the pedestrian promenade and surrounding stores and restaurants. Conveniently located close to historic ruins and the waterfront. The parking garage is a 5-minute walk. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a very nice stay.
