Loved the breakfast. Best one in the entire 2 weeks we spent throughout Czesky. Nice to have parking for our car, yet a tram was right out front to ride it into downtown. Room was great. I would stay here again.
I was so happy that the rooms were truly soundproof. I am a light sleeper and did not hear the airplane at all. Very comfortable beds, clean, nice and spacious rooms.

I could give this a perfect score, but there was one very unpleasant experience. Our stay was for one week. On day three, someone from the front desk opened our door and angrily told me it was past check out and we should be gone. I told him we are here until Wednesday (four more days). Close to airport and clean. Has an airport shuttle. Also offers shower only option which in Europe isnt available everywhere and i greatly appreciate a separate shower (not bath/tub combo).
The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.

This hotel is a gem. It is a first class hotel and treat you like family. Everyone is friendly, helpful, engaging and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are bigger than most hotels and the amenities in the bathroom are first rate.
The concierge is knowledgeable and the best part is that everything for the most part is with in walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the food is first rate.

Service was phenomenal. From Jana at the front desk to the wait staff at the restaurant, it was consistently great. The room was spotless and has eco-friendly amenities. Food at the restaurant was good; I thought breakfast was pretty good too. Worked for me at any rate. Location is good. It is a climb uphill to get back from the old quarter but I didn’t find it to be that bad. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.
Loved this old boutique hotel on a river boat. It was larger than expected, and very comfortable and cozy, mostly quiet even with the windows open. Plus, we looked out over the river every morning to be greeted by swans and a couple of ducks. The staff, especially Eva, were amazing. The location was excellent. Not in the touristy area, but close to everything.
Loved staying here. It added to the genuine historical feel of the city. Clean room, big bathroom, great breakfast. Walkable to new town and old town within 20 mins. I walked to Prague Castle in an hour. Very quiet area and close to several restaurants and pubs.
My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Residence Agnes. From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming and helpful by greeting us with water, coffee, and wine.
