"The location is great, only a minute away from the tube station with easy access to central London.
The room was really clean and had a modern feel about it.
The staff at reception were super friendly and accommodating.
The only downside I could mention is that the cleaning staff went knocking at my door (like half an hour before the check out time) on the checkout day just to tell me: you're leaving today right? - it is not a big deal but it makes you feel they're rushing you when you are getting ready to leave anyway. Apart from this, everything was great and would definitely be staying again.

"I had one of the internal rooms (no windows) which got warm pretty quickly, even in October. When I asked reception if the AC could be turned on, they gave me the remote to work it, no questions.
Room was compact but comfortable and pretty clean. Shower was good (plenty of pressure). Simple facilities, but perfectly acceptable at this price.
