"I had a wonderful stay at the OBH. The staff are brilliant and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. You are right opposite Cotesloe beach which is stunning. Right next door it a cool and chilled out pub with great food. Around the corner is a laundramat if you are staying longer. Very accessible to Perth centre and Freo, or further afield if you rent a car..
I enjoyed it so much that I have already booked my flight and accommodation there for next year (Feb 2027).

The only issue with our stay is the cost of parking is way to o high. $30 a day is quite excessive and that is not even valet parking. I feel that this should be much less especially if you are staying multiple nights.
loved this! Great location by the stairs and the park, washer/dryer were a huge bonus as we were there for an extended time. walking to the station and Elizabeth Quay was easy.
We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at this property. The hotel is modern and in excellent condition. The room was comfortable and adequate in size. We took advantage of its central location to enjoy breakfast at several local restaurants. The onsite self-laundry was very welcome. I compared many hotels in the area before choosing this one. Save yourself the trouble and just book this one. You won't regret it.
We stayed at the QT for our wedding weekend in Perth. The staff we very welcoming and accommodating. They provided us with additional benefits and gifts, which really added a special touch to our wedding.
I enjoyed my stay here, I spent four nights at the hotel for a business trip. The essentials were all there, a good iron, ironing board, lots of outlets, good free wifi access. In addtion to that, I had a large bed, the room was quite large and spacious with a window looking out over a central area (not a courtyard in the attractive sense), I was on the 5th floor.
