Front desk was rude and they discriminate against people they watch every move you make and they use it against you..The housekeeper was very sweet and works very hard. For the price there are much better places to stay. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Good with a few things to point out.

It was a decent stay for the 3 nights. Staff was nice. A few things to point out, the sink was clogged and would take awhile to go down. The shower heads had a leak and would squirt out to the towel rack and toilet area which probably explains the rust on the towel rack. The chair didn’t look cleaned. Other than that, the bed was super comfy and overall the room was decent for our stay.

Dangerous Shower and Negligent Staff

The water from the shower flows out onto the entire floor of the restroom and into the bedroom. I notified staff at front desk and her response was that I should've booked a better room. The lady responded twice that they are aware of the safety hazard caused by the shower leaking water, covering the entire restroom floor. It's terrible that the staff is fully aware that their guests can easily get injured by slipping and falling by using their shower. You've been warned.

Very clean and quiet ! I loved it there! We had gone to another hotel a couple days before but we found out the other hotel (beachside inn) had cockroaches and we decided to leave that exact moment we saw them and I looked up this hotel and decided to go to Parkside inn and it definitely made me feel comfortable and felt clean! I loved my stay there !

We lived staying here on our trip to Disney! What a great little spot with parking right outside your room and near Target and other shopping. Wish rooms had a QR code to leave a tip for the cleaners as we never carry cash and appreciated the new towels and fixed bedding!
