Furniture in the room very outdated, the desk peeling off... Bathroom unsanitary, mold everywhere, the shower head could not stay in position to shower hands free; the toilet bowl was disgusting. That is very offensive and they think it is acceptable. I have never seen toilet filthy and dirty like that. When complaining at the front desk the next morning the customer service simply said it is what it is, it is calcified. I said because you don't use the proper cleaning and he pointed me to the cleaning lady to talk to her. I said I don't have to talk to her, I have business with you. He said I am sorry, we are full. We stayed two more nights only because my family lives near by. The toilet was not cleaned within our stay. The stay was not heap either. I will ask for partial refund. This will be reported to Sanitary inspection in Mainz.

Our room was on attic with only roof windows. It was extremely warm in the room and airplanes above and loud neighbors, so we hardly slept at all. No warning when booking or when checking in.

Mir hat direkt die freundliche Begrüßung gut gefallen. Gewünscht Informationen und Wegbeschreibungen waren sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück fand ich ansprechend. Alles da ... Obst, Joghurt, Musik, Brötchen, Ei, Wurst, Käse, O-Saft und ein leckeres Kaffee. Mit der Matratze bin ich gut zurecht gekommen. Das Haus ist "etwas" hellhörig. Ich hatte Glück mit den "Nachbarn" ... Sollte ich wieder in der Nähe von Mainz sein, komme ich gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an alle, die mir eine gute Zeit beschert haben.
