This is a great hotel. Located right in the heart of Florence and walkable to most major sites. It was clean and had a good free breakfast. The staff was helpful and nice- they held our luggage for us before check-in and refilled our water bottles for us. We would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was lovely. Best we've had on our 4 week trip. That area of the hotel was clean, but the rest is really run down and dirty. My best example is I looked under the bed to make sure we didn't drop anything and it was filthy. Literally dust balls under there. We were on the first floor and walked up and down the stairs. There is a dried flower arrangement along the railing , plastic, that was disgustingly dirty. Carpets dirty. The bathroom is updated but has no storage for your belongings. No towel racks, no counter top, no place for your hand towel, no toilet paper holder. Pretty, but not functional. Furnishings we old , missmatched, and and garage sale quality. I dont know if I am off base at 200.00 a night expecting better. Staff was lovely, location was great.

A great, clean room in a brilliant location in Florence. Close to the train station for easy transport options and also close to the main major sites of Florence. Lots of great food options and shops nearby. Lovely, quiet room, appeared to be recently renovated which was lovely.

Breakfast was pretty good with good selection. Front desk staff arranged for a bag breakfast to go on one morning as we had an early excursion which was very nice. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. Shower was really small and a few holes were in the wall of the room. Locate on a fun street with lots of action. Coin laundry very close.

Hotel was well located near the train station and in the heart of the city historical area. Lots of activity around with nice restaurants, stores, etc. Mattresses were a bit hard, but room was good overall.
