RAS , mais le problème que j'ai eu n'as pas été réglé. En réservant je me suis trompé de date j'ai réservé du 20 au 21 au lieu du 27 au 28 juillet. J'ai annulé la date au lieu de changer la date. C'est une erreur de ma part je le conçoit Hôtel Ariane ne veut rien savoir ( ils ont déjà perdu un client je n'y retournerait plus et mes enfants non plus). Alors je m'adresse une dernière fois à Hôtels.com pour avoir un geste commercial de votre part, si non je me désabonne de votre site. je réserve au moins 4 séjours par an.

Hôtel en ville, correct.

Nous avions réservé le 19 janvier 2025 une chambre en précisant un handicap physique suite double prothèse de hanches et à notre arrivée en juillet le nouveau propriétaire nous a placées au 2eme étage, disant ne pas être averti de notre demande. De plus avec la chaleur, la nuit a été pénible malgré le ventilateur. Sinon, bon accueil, très bons petits déjeuners.
