Hidden Gem

Loved the authenticity of the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and clean. Room a bit small but was just right for us. The staff was welcoming, informative and friendly. Excellent location, quiet, healthy breakfast . A hidden gem. Plan to comeback next year.

The hotel stay itself was nice but the transportation that was arranged for us to and from airport was not transparent in terms of pricing. We were quoted $45/4 people from airport to hotel but when the time came and we had to split it for 2 cars, the drivers charged 3 people $45 and one person $35. Would recommend just taking an uber to and from airport.

Quarto limpo, organizado e os atendentes foram muito atenciosos. A janela do quarto fica para a rua, então da pra ouvir bastante trânsito, mas no horário de dormir, entre 22h e 9h, não havia mais tanto barulho. O café é bom.

Quarto confortável, café da manhã a desejar

O quarto tinha uma cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Hidromassagem muito boa para relaxar. Porém a água do chuveiro era muito quente e só com muito pouca água era possível equilibrar. O café da manhã é muito simples, por conta dele não decidi me hospedar novamente no hotel. Localização era ótima.

Decepçaototal, falta de profissionalismo e empatia

Definitivamente foi a pior experiência da minha vida com hoteis. Fiz a reserva com meses de antecedencia, inclusive efetuei o pagamento no ato da reserva. Achei o custo X benecicio interessante e por ter lido os relatos positivos imaginei. que fosse uma boa escolha. Ledo engano! Cheguei por volta de 1am depois de uma viagem cansativa e fui surpreendido com a informação do recepcionista de que tinham me transferido para o Hotel Stefano, que até então nunca tinha ouvido falar. Segundo o recepcionista a tarifa que eu paguei era muito barata e que o hotel teria encaminhado mensagem via Expedia (a qual nunca recebi) que se eu quisesse ficar hospedado no hotel teria que pagar um valor adicional de 80 dólares a mais, sendo que o hotel não vale mesmo o valor que queriam me extorquir. Enfim, a situação foi péssima, extremamente constrangedora. Não recomendo o hotel nem para inimigos. São demasiadamente antiprofissionais e não tem a menor empatia para com os hóspedes. A hoteis.com deveria descredencia-los do site.
