At least the cruise ships have to tell you that you are getting a windowless “interior cabin” —and they charge you much less, too. I did not feel that I was properly informed of that situation. I was very bothered by sleeping in a windowless room. It felt like a cave and I’m not even certain that is legal.
I had to download the app to get in my room, which was annoying. The room smelled damp. The little kitchen had no wine opener, which seems like a thing lots of guests would expect in a kitchen.
The staff was nice and the location good, and the roof deck was pretty. That’s why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1.
