This was our worst rental experience... We certainly weren’t prepared for this, as a price of 100 euros per night doesn’t include insects crawling on the walls and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The apartment had a constant unpleasant odor, and the bathroom smelled even worse. It was also very stuffy, with no air circulation, so the towels simply never dried. When I looked at the exhaust vent in the bathroom ceiling, it all became clear: it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. Layers of dust and dirt were everywhere, horrific! And we were breathing it in...
Only the rain shower worked in the shower stall. We wrote to the owners about this immediately after moving in, and they replied, «Try pressing the faucet.» Of course, the problem didn’t get resolved, and we had to shower with the rain shower for the entire stay, which was very uncomfortable! On top of that, we had to brush our teeth in the shower because the sink drain was a whole other story. Even with the lowest pressure, the water pooled and wouldn’t drain! I’m terrified to think what happened to that drain and when it was last cleaned. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, because these conditions ruined our overall experience. The only positive about this place is its location – it’s truly in the heart of the city, with absolutely everything within walking distance.
