6/10 Good

The room is spacious, personal is very nice. However, it was so noisy all the time. I stayed for two weeks and even had to change rooms once. The noise came both from the guests since the walls are very thin. You could hear what is happening in other rooms and the elevator and people moving in in the middle of the night and the street. The location is good. There are places to eat and it is located at a good distance from all the crowded tourist places. Breakfast is very basic, but kitchen personnel is very helpful and cordial.

M. Dan's review 3 weeks in July 2023

The staff is very responsive and tries to help. I stayed three weeks there. The AC functions well and the room was pleasant. The shower had cold water and no hot water.During my stay it was very hot so I was not too bored by the water temperature but it could be a problem when the weather gets cooler.

2/10 Poor

Absolutely terrible hotel, The reality is very different from the images shown!! I was shocked …. so not stay here

Bad experience

Hotel.com order was ordered w/ breakfast included. System from Adonia was excluded. Hard to handle both problem and communications.

6/10 Good

Bed was OK but the pillows were too big and too hard. Bathroom was clean and well supplied. To watch literally any movie on the TV included a charge, which seemed strange. Biggest complaint was that there was someone drilling for two hours non-stop in the room next door or the room above. Wherever they were, it was so loud I could not even have a conversation in the room.

Nice location to sightseeing, shopping, eating. Room is clean and not noisy. Can't hear traffic sound in room, it is good condition for sleeping. Both side of this hotel standing another building. The view form window is only another building, but lake and park located near this hotel. So easy take walking or jogging if you want. Finally I recommend this hotel to stay HANOI by reasonable price.
