Great hotel. Nice beach access. My only complaint is the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant aside from salad, food can get repetitive that way. Amazing desserts, though. I was very please by having the Luck company representative on site. They organized my transfers and local tours.

We were here for just two nights. This is a family resort catered for families. That didn’t particularly bother us as a young couple but something to be aware of. We had a few issues. 1. We weren’t given a hotel room, instead a two bedroom apartment a few buildings down at the sister resort. They did move us upon request after the first night 2. The code for the apartment didn’t work. We had to wait an hour for someone to bring a ladder and climb through a window to get inside and reset the password 3. WiFi didn’t work in the apartment, had to wait an hour for someone to figure out what the password was 4. Had to wait 30 minutes at the towel stand for a towel because they ran out. I don’t understand how you run out of towels at a beach resort. Went to the front desk and they gave me one. 5. Hot water was not working in the apartment. 6. At 7 pm walked around trying to find somewhere to have a drink. The bar outside was closed and told me to go to the lobby bar. Lobby bar told me to go upstairs restaurant. Upstairs restaurant said they were closed. Pretty crazy to not be able to get a drink at 7 pm on vacation at a resort If you have kids, they’ll have fun. But if you don’t, stay somewhere nicer.

Very nice, but inquire about room layout.

The “Superior” room we rented had a queen bed and two singles side by side in the same room, which didn’t work for us as there was zero privacy. Paid extra for a much nicer unit with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room. Staff, food, pools, and beach were awesome. Had a kids show and many kids activities. It was a very nice place.

The pool area, food and beach with the reef in front makes such a relaxing environment. The road leading to the resort is in poor condition and traffic jams up. They appear to be working on it, so this may only be a problem for a few more weeks.

Wouldn’t stay there again. The kids amenities are great, but that’s about it. We had to stay in line over one hour just to check in, and they didn’t even apologize. Our room then wasn’t ready until 4PM, which was very stressful after an already very long trip with our 3 year old twins. When we finally got in the room, there weren’t enough towels or bath mats for the two bathrooms and there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. I had also made a reservation for 5 people and was given an apartment with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds so I had nowhere to put my third kid until the 2nd day there when I pushed to get another bed. Food was ok, but it said all inclusive and we had to pay separately for all drinks including water.

A avaliação não é boa. Equipe muito mal preparada . Tive que ir quatro vezes ao apartamento e a chave não abril . Os funcionários pareciam que não tinha interesse em resolver . Outro ponto é a falta de sensibilidade em não deixar trocar o almoço do dia de saída pelo de entrada , não vejo motivo para essa negativa .

O resort é bom, porém precisa de melhorias, na chegada a televisão e telefone do quarto não funcionava. Os guardas sóis da piscina e da praia, não são suficientes para quantidade de hóspedes. Se quiser um precisa levantar cedo e marcar lugar. O restaurante poka poka só pode ser usado com reserva de 24hs, porém mesmo fazendo isto é selecionando meu prato, o mesmo veio errado ou seja não voltaria

A estadia foi ótima porém alguns pontos poderiam melhorar e gostaria de deixar registrado: - serviço de bebidas da piscina muito demorado, coisas simples que não requer preparo como agua de coco demorava quase 30 min para entregar! - serviço do sorvete, sei que eh um serviço terceirizado, mas esta na estrutura do hotel acaba sendo responsabilidade de vcs, 2 horas para entregar um sorvete, funcionários fazendo sem vontade, energia caindo! Acaba sendo um serviço frustrante! - quarto com muito cheiro de mofo, deixava até a Janela aberta para amenizar. - hotel estava cheio e não tinha mesa disponível no cafe da manhã, fazendo fila e necessidade de esperar, faltando copo, talheres, pratos… pensar em soluções quando o hotel esta lotado! - não tinha cadeira e barraca disponível na praia, hospedes colocam pertences para segurar o espaço e o hotel nao tem estrutura suficiente para atender a demanda de um hotel cheio. Queria parabenizar a recreação que foi mto bacana e a banda Falcons que deu um show!!!

O hotel é muito bem localizado num trecho muito bom da praia de Muro Alto e as instalações são boas, embora eu tenha achado um tanto claustrofóbica a academia e a sala de jogos no subsolo. A equipe, no geral, foi muito simpática e prestativa. Minhas críticas resumem-se mais ao serviço dos restaurantes, era corriqueiro simplesmente algo acabar e os funcionários são poucos para períodos de pico, então os pedidos tendiam a demorar muito. Pelo preço, também acho que o buffet deveria ter mais qualidade e variedade, além do que a lotação nas horas mais cheias era desafiadora. Também acho que poderia ter mais opções de entretenimento até um pouco mais tarde.
