We were here for just two nights. This is a family resort catered for families. That didn’t particularly bother us as a young couple but something to be aware of. We had a few issues. 1. We weren’t given a hotel room, instead a two bedroom apartment a few buildings down at the sister resort. They did move us upon request after the first night 2. The code for the apartment didn’t work. We had to wait an hour for someone to bring a ladder and climb through a window to get inside and reset the password 3. WiFi didn’t work in the apartment, had to wait an hour for someone to figure out what the password was 4. Had to wait 30 minutes at the towel stand for a towel because they ran out. I don’t understand how you run out of towels at a beach resort. Went to the front desk and they gave me one. 5. Hot water was not working in the apartment. 6. At 7 pm walked around trying to find somewhere to have a drink. The bar outside was closed and told me to go to the lobby bar. Lobby bar told me to go upstairs restaurant. Upstairs restaurant said they were closed. Pretty crazy to not be able to get a drink at 7 pm on vacation at a resort If you have kids, they’ll have fun. But if you don’t, stay somewhere nicer.

Very nice, but inquire about room layout.

The “Superior” room we rented had a queen bed and two singles side by side in the same room, which didn’t work for us as there was zero privacy. Paid extra for a much nicer unit with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room. Staff, food, pools, and beach were awesome. Had a kids show and many kids activities. It was a very nice place.

The pool area, food and beach with the reef in front makes such a relaxing environment. The road leading to the resort is in poor condition and traffic jams up. They appear to be working on it, so this may only be a problem for a few more weeks.

Wouldn’t stay there again. The kids amenities are great, but that’s about it. We had to stay in line over one hour just to check in, and they didn’t even apologize. Our room then wasn’t ready until 4PM, which was very stressful after an already very long trip with our 3 year old twins. When we finally got in the room, there weren’t enough towels or bath mats for the two bathrooms and there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. I had also made a reservation for 5 people and was given an apartment with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds so I had nowhere to put my third kid until the 2nd day there when I pushed to get another bed. Food was ok, but it said all inclusive and we had to pay separately for all drinks including water.

O hotel é muito bem localizado num trecho muito bom da praia de Muro Alto e as instalações são boas, embora eu tenha achado um tanto claustrofóbica a academia e a sala de jogos no subsolo. A equipe, no geral, foi muito simpática e prestativa. Minhas críticas resumem-se mais ao serviço dos restaurantes, era corriqueiro simplesmente algo acabar e os funcionários são poucos para períodos de pico, então os pedidos tendiam a demorar muito. Pelo preço, também acho que o buffet deveria ter mais qualidade e variedade, além do que a lotação nas horas mais cheias era desafiadora. Também acho que poderia ter mais opções de entretenimento até um pouco mais tarde.

Experiência decepcionante e custo-benefício ruim Nossa estadia no Samoa Beach Resort ficou muito abaixo das expectativas. O quarto apresentava diversos problemas de manutenção e higiene: cortina mofada, blackout estragado, banheiro com forte mau cheiro vindo do encanamento e odor de urina, além da válvula da descarga com defeito. O ar-condicionado também estava com problemas e pingando, comprometendo o conforto. A alimentação do restaurante deixou muito a desejar: comida ruim, repetitiva e com pouca variedade. Para agravar a experiência, minha filha apresentou um quadro de intoxicação alimentar após consumir a comida do hotel, o que nos causou grande preocupação. A recreação infantil também foi insuficiente, com poucas atividades para as crianças. Para um resort que recebe famílias, esperávamos uma programação mais variada e atrativa. Também fiquei insatisfeito com o atendimento aos benefícios da reserva. Sou cliente Gold do Hotéis.com e o late checkout não foi concedido integralmente. Pelo valor cobrado, esperávamos muito mais cuidado com a manutenção, a higiene, a alimentação, a recreação infantil e o atendimento. Há diversos outros hotéis muito melhores na região, na mesma faixa de preço. Não recomendo e não voltaria.

O café da manhã e o jantar são excelentes, e os petiscos e lanches dos bares também têm uma qualidade excepcional. Durante a estadia, tive alguns pequenos imprevistos, mas todos foram facilmente resolvidos pela equipe. Os funcionários são muito bem treinados e demonstram uma postura sempre cordial e solícita com os hóspedes. A piscina estava sempre limpa, os quartos muito bem cuidados e a praia em frente ao hotel é excelente. No meu quarto havia apenas um pequeno incômodo com cheiro de esgoto, mas isso não chegou a comprometer a experiência como um todo. Enfim, foi uma experiência espetacular. Eu particularmente não gosto de dormir fora de casa e normalmente tenho dificuldade para me adaptar a hotéis, mas o Samoa realmente superou minhas expectativas. Foi uma experiência muito positiva e, sem dúvida, um lugar que deixou uma ótima impressão.

Gostamos muito dos nossos dias no Samoa. Equipe prestativa, praia linda. Se estiver viajando em casal, sem crianças, não indico! Tem muita família com criança pequena que jogam água na sua cara, falam alto, nadam muito e os pais não estão muito preocupados com seu desconforto. kkkkkk Além disso, o buffet de jantar é repetitivo e meio sem gosto. O ar condicionado pode melhorar muuuuuito, na verdade é a localização dele que faz com que a gente passe calor no meio da noite. Amamos os mimos que recebemos na nossa chegada, durante e na nossa saída. Um cuidado a mais com os hospedes que faz tanta gente voltar.
