Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The view is beautiful and I would give it a 5 stars view. The amenities you can buy at reception at extra cost. It’s a 3 Stars hotel so one should not expect a 5 stars amenities and etc. but definitely a 5 stars staff friendliness and view of the lake.

It was a bit difficult to locate the hotel but when we found it no regrets. It was facing the lake and we regretted not booking the lakeside view. Hotel provide good and simple breakfast. The staff all.very friendly.

Great option for staying in Ita Thao. My room had a partial view over the lake and everything was so quiet. It was an excellent break from Taipei buzz. Would improve comfort in the room, especially in the bathroom.

Room was very clean except for the suede sofa (there were a few old stains on it). Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops. The hotel's breakfast was good and they offer free tea (they claim to be premium) and biscuits during the day until 6pm! Overall, we had a comfortable stay here and would rebook if we ever visit again!
