chuveiro estava na posiçao 0, tive que ajustar e a pressao da agua precisou ficar bem proxima do início para funcionar. Controle da tv nao funcionava de maneira nenhuma, tive que ligar e desligar na propria TV. Staff maravilhoso e prestativo, de parabéns!

O hotel tem potencial, mas carece de acolhimento/ decoração. O banheiro é grande, mas a pia tem 1 palmo, minúscula, molha tudo. O colchão é bom, mas a roupa de cama fina e transparente, solta do colchão com muita facilidade . Luz branca no teto, um holofote quase, poderia ser amarela... quente. Não há uma luz de cabeceira. O quarto é enorme, assim como o banheiro, mas falta uma boa dose de "acolhimento". O atendimento em si da equipe é muito bom, mas a infra estrutura desmotiva. Não ficaria novamente.

Pior experiência que já tive. Fiquei 3 noites com mais 2 amigas. Botei meu dinheiro fora. Higiene sem comentários. Paredes sujas, com teia e com mofo. As toalhas tinham um cheiro muito ruim, pareciam ser lavadas em banha, tive que comprar uma toalha no centro de Erechim. Roupas de camas com cheiro desagradável, sujas e manchadas, pareciam encardidas. Usamos um vidro de body splash nesses 3 dias para amenizar. No banheiro, o chuveiro era metade de um modelo, metade de outro. Em uma das camas, a coberta estava cheia de toquinhos de cabelo. Nojento. Único ponto positivo é que o quarto era espaçoso. O wifi não funcionava. Precisava trabalhar online e tive que fornecer o 5g do meu celular para o tablet, caso contrário, sem condições. A localização em si é boa, mas tem um bar em frente ao hotel e em uma das noites a algazarra foi até 04h da manhã, pessoal do hotel não fez nada. E não era apenas bagunça, era briga. Poderiam ter acionado a polícia. O atendimento é HORRÍVEL. Para não mentir, teve um atendente homem (não sei o nome) que foi muito solicito conosco. No geral, pessoas mau humoradas, sem noção e empatia, pareciam que estavam fazendo um favor em estarem ali. Sem falar que tínhamos compromissos a noite e nunca tinha ninguém na recepção, muitas vezes entramos e saímos e ninguém via nada. Zero segurança. O café da manhã é razoável. Espero nunca mais precisar voltar. Dica: Se forem se hospedar em Erechim, indico de olhos fechados o Blue Open.
