Originally we were in a room full of moths (a general problem this year not exclusive to the hotel) and no hot water. A cockroach came out from behind the bathroom mirror. Lawrence was very helpful and allowed me to shower in another room before moving us to a better apartment, which was probably big enough for 4 people. We asked for a blanket as it was cold but realised too late that it was filthy. The 3 apartments I saw were all in need of a deep clean.

We had the PLEASURE of staying at this wonderful place in the apartment place towards the cozy small strees taking you directly down to the beach - maybe 150 meters - and the apartment had a very nice small garden and veranda - VERY kind and nice host - we will be back in 2027 and will be staying here again!!!!

A beautifully aesthetic room with great amenities alongside a relaxing common room where we had great late night chats. Location was a major plus being so closed to the beach erased the stress about parking. I got to mee some of the locals and staff members who were nothing but lovely.

On arrival the staff were friendly and helped me with my case (no lifts and I was on the first floor) The room on entry was pleasant enough looking although smelt a little musty. I headed straight out so by the time I came home and realised the issues, reception had closed. The floor wasn’t clean, as felt very sticky. The bathroom window didn’t close with the other windows also not quite shutting properly (one had a bit of paper wedged to shut it) then along with a gap under the balcony door, it made the room so cold at night, luckily I had jumpers with me to sleep in. The front door for me being a solo traveller was the main issue, it locked from the outside easily but from the inside you had no idea if it was locked so I had to put something heavy in front of the door. I ended up checking out after 2 nights as I didn’t feel safe at all. On checking out, I advised the receptionist of the issues and was met with a not really caring attitude so all in all, not the best experience overall
