Initial access to the lobby is very difficult. I had to find a random guest to provide me with access to the lobby. After that issue, I loved the stay! It was a great hotel!! I would love to stay here again!!

Me he hospedado en 3 ocasiones. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas y limpias, lo único es que por las mañanas se escucha la música demasiado fuerte del gimnasio de junto y hace mucho calor porque el sol da directo, a pesar del aire acondicionado. El personal de recepción es muy amable, sin embargo la señorita que sirve el desayuno, tiene una actitud pésima, cero amable, considero que sino está a gusto con su trabajo o tiene un mal día, no debería desquitarse con los comensales.

Le falta mantenimiento al baño y regadera, no salia agua caliente.El personal es especial y en cierto punto descortes, no me quisieron dar una tarjeta para hacer uso del elevador con la excusa de que no tenian, tampoco me quisieron proporcionar un cobertor adicional porque tampoco tenian, asi como tambien me negaron una segunda toalla porque tampoco tenian y solo me dieron 1 cuando la habitacion se pago para 2 personas. El estacionamiento esta muy descuidado, le falta iluminación y mantenimiento.En general al hotel le hace falta mas limpieza y mantenimiento. El servicio al cliente no es bueno, debido a todo lo descrito anteriormente no recomendaría el lugar, solo como ultima opción

El sistema de drenaje es malo, se filtra mucho el olor en el baño,sugiero realizar alguna mejora o por lo menos alguna clase de aromatizante en el baño para tapar el olor.
