Quarto: limpo e bem organizado. Banheiro: apresenta baixo estado de conservação, o que acaba transmitindo uma percepção de baixa qualidade na limpeza, ainda que o ambiente estivesse limpo. Restaurante: as colaboradoras são excelentes, muito educadas, prestativas e atenciosas. O atendimento foi excelente. Check-out: experiência muito ruim. O colaborador não possui acesso aos comprovantes de pagamento das hospedagens corporativas e, sem uma alternativa disponível, acaba solicitando ao hóspede que entre em contato com a própria empresa para obter e reenviar o comprovante. Ressalto que o colaborador foi prestativo e demonstrou interesse em resolver a situação. Meu entendimento é que ele não dispõe das ferramentas e dos acessos necessários para concluir o processo de forma autônoma, o que acaba gerando uma experiência desnecessariamente desgastante para o hóspede.
