I was very pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was—everything from the comfortable beds to the shower room and fresh towels felt like what you'd expect at a high-end hotel. On top of that, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff welcomed us with courtesy and professionalism. Walking distance to downtown. Highly recommend this place if you're staying in Rothesay.

This is not a Hyatt, Westin or other high end resort but for 100 per night it's incredible value. The room is cozy but it has everything and the owner keep it super clean. They replenish towels daily and are extremely kind. My only recommendation for improvement would be to put a kettle in the room.

6/10 Good

The motel is in a great location - quite close to the water, stores, restaurants and the main highway. It was quiet. Check-in was simple. The room and all aspects of it were very clean. Although some updating has been done - the bathroom was very nice - more updates are needed, particularly around the back of the room. The beds were fairly comfortable; the bedding and bath linens were nice. Unfortunately either the laundry detergent or dryer sheets the motel uses left a very strong scent on the linens that was overwhelming and rather unpleasant. Anyone with scent allergies would find breathing in the room difficult. There was lots of hot water and water pressure. All-in-all, a clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay.
