This hotel is on edge of Balikesir, was great for a one night stopover. Hotel is very clean and beautifully appointed. Rooms good size, great shower. Spa and pool were beautiful. Great selection of food for breakfast. Staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful.

Gecelik 4.500 TL ödeyerek konakladığım bu otel, ne yazık ki dört yıldızlı bir işletmeden beklenen standartların çok uzağındaydı. Öncelikle kahvaltı son derece yetersizdi. Ürünlerin sunumu özensiz, iştah açıcı olmaktan uzak ve hijyen konusunda ciddi soru işaretleri oluşturuyordu. Otele dinlenmek amacıyla gelmeme rağmen sabah saat 09.00 itibarıyla koridorlarda oluşan yüksek ses nedeniyle dinlenmek mümkün değildi. İnsanlar yüksek sesle konuşuyor, kapılar sert şekilde çarpılıyor ve odalarda neredeyse hiç ses yalıtımı bulunmuyor. Yönetimin bu konuda herhangi bir önlem aldığını da görmedim. Personelin bilgi seviyesi ve hizmet anlayışı da beklentilerin altındaydı. Kahve makinesi arızalı olduğu için kahve istediğimde bana “Sıcak suya Nescafe karıştırabilirsiniz.” denildi. Dört yıldızlı bir otelde böyle bir yaklaşım kabul edilemez. Ayrıca bir şişe sodanın 100 TL olması da sunulan hizmet kalitesiyle hiçbir şekilde örtüşmüyor. Yüksek fiyat talep etmek tek başına kalite anlamına gelmez. Özetle; hijyen, kahvaltı, ses yalıtımı, personel yaklaşımı ve fiyat-performans açısından büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. Gecelik 4.500 TL ödeyen bir misafir olarak aldığım hizmetin karşılığı kesinlikle bu değildi. Mevcut haliyle bu oteli maalesef tavsiye etmiyorum.
