Bad experience

They don't respond to phone , i have to call to hotels .com , after that they call me back . No reception , a lady guide me to a room by phone and surpize , room was dirty and not ready for guest , she insist that the room is ready . I stay 2 nights in another room , nobody came to clean or make the room .In the room was very cold after night , noisy place from outside .

Molto pulito, in posizione ottimale e seppure la colazione bisogna farla in un bar, praticamente sotto l'affittacamere, merita perché eccellenti cornetto e buoni capuccini.

Perto do metrô, trem e comércio. 😃
