The property is extremely well located, you can walk to Campo de Fiori, Fontana di Trevi, Castelle St Angelo and many other places that can be on your check list. In the entrance of the property you will find a restaurant on the corner that’s excellent for food and drinks, many shops , a place for wine tasting and local high end boutiques. We were very pleased with the accommodations, very clean, nice bathroom with hot water , air conditioning and in the common areas they provide water and some snacks.

We’re given the wrong address to begin with and confusing to find the place. When we finally found the Room it was clean and well maintained however no running hot water on first day, was reported at 4pm and no fix. Was not fixed until the second day when we got back at 4pm. Slow to fix the issue wasn’t good to not get hot water which is a basic amenity.

Great place for a short stay in Rome

Was a bit difficult to find, but once we got in, it was as expected. It's not a traditional hotel, but included minimalistic breakfast and the location was great with easy access to public transport and plenty of nearby restaurants.

I had previously agreed with the staff that me and my partner would arrive late in the evening and that someone would open the door when I called. But me and my partner were standing in the middle of the night trying to get into the building and no one was answering even though we previously agreed to that. We were probably standing outside in the cold for maybe an hour before someone opened in the middle of the night. Not a very nice approach, and no apology.

It was okay but not my cup of tea

It was hard to find. Three different addresses were given. I called the number in the website no answer. ChatGPT found a number for me that someone actually answered. The A/C and the WIFI were not working the first night but they did fix them both after they were told. It is very noisy with the other guests staying in the rooms right next door as they come and go. The bedding was slightly stained. The location was in the middle of nowhere but close to everything. Yes breakfast was there if you like a cold piece of bread, no toaster, packaged processed sweet bread type things, yogurt, old shriveled plums and instant coffee. There was not enough coffee to go around. It said breakfast was 8-10 but what does that mean when there is nobody there for the 3 days We stayed? You have to go to you bathroom to get water to make your instant coffee.no water in the little kitchen. It was a bit bizarre.

Da vi kom var der oplyst en forkert adresse. Da vi kom til den rette adresse var fordøren låst. Der gik tre timer før døren blev åbnet? Dette sted er et AirB&B-sted. Ikke et hotel. Stedet ligger godt, der er rent og værelse og badeværelse er ok. Morgenmaden er elendig og burde ikke markedsføres som morgenmad.
