I had a wonderful experience staying here! No complaints. It is in an absolute perfect location with a private parking garage. As soon as you walk out of the building you are in the heart of Palermo with restaurants, shops, & 10 min walk to Ballaro market. The staff is so friendly & helpful and will park your car for you. I would absolutely stay here again!!

The location is excellent—within walking distance of countless restaurants, cafés, and shops, so there are endless dining options to choose from. It's also close to several scenic spots, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The room was spotless and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, with soft pillows and fresh, clean sheets that made for a great night's sleep. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Great location, walking distance to almost everywhere. It has a lift, however if the room is in Mezzanine floor, the luggage’s need to be dragged up n down the stairs. There is no staff, need to contact them on WhatsApp. No parking available and cars can’t come to the street. Has good air con, it is very noisy as it is in the heart of night life. The rooms were clean but the showers had some mould and the room was very small for 2 people. Overall, it was good.

The location was outstanding, situated in the heart of the attractions with excellent restaurants just steps away. The rooms are arranged around a courtyard, ensuring a quiet stay free from street noise, and the air conditioning provided additional comfort. Communication with the property manager was excellent, with prompt and helpful replies, and we greatly appreciated being granted early access to our room upon arrival. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay, and I would gladly return.
