Good location tho building is quite tricky to find; the place was so quiet and peaceful; the room was clean: fresh clean bedlinen & towels; Melinda (she was on the desk) was very friendly and warm; safe parking; but no microwave/refrigerator not even a kettle.

Clean room with a 3/4 size fridge and a microwave, as well as a private washroom. When I saw it was a residence I was a bit hesitant but the room overall was fine. Property is near a walking trail which is nice for the summer time. Only complaint is the linens are only changed every 3 nights and my room was not cleaned during my second stay, so you may need to request this from the front desk. Good value for the money and overall a decent set up. Not a luxury stay at all, but an affordable option for a single night or budget business travel.

Room was clean but needed to be aired out before we were comfortable. I suspect the carpets could use steam cleaning because there was a faint "sweaty" smell that wasn't strong or enough for us to complain, but it took away from an otherwise excellent little budget room. Parking with the 'Honk' app was tedious, especially as it seemed geared to an iPhone, but was successful in the end. I had asked ahead by message if there was an alternative way to pay, but was disappointed to receive just another copy of the introduction message and not an answer. Overall not bad, but not excellent for a budget-level stay.
