Very clean and well equipped. Very quiet area but near everything that you may need.

6/10 Good

Good location tho building is quite tricky to find; the place was so quiet and peaceful; the room was clean: fresh clean bedlinen & towels; Melinda (she was on the desk) was very friendly and warm; safe parking; but no microwave/refrigerator not even a kettle.

University residence, clean no tv channels. Microwave and fridge.

Reception staff were friendly and explained the parking situation. The room was spartan as one might expect as it is a college dormitory, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Nice room though it did smell a bit weird when first coming in, staff were really nice had absolutely no issues

It is where students stay, so is only available during their vacation times. The room was very basic but very clean and very reasonably priced. The TV in our room was not connected to anything and you couldn't cast to it - so you would need to use an HDMI cable to connect and we stopped carrying that a long time ago. The location was less than 10 minutes drive away from the Tallships Landing.

Stay in Brockville

The mattress were sinking. Nice big fridge. Besides the room is quite basic but does the job.

8/10 Very good

Clean room with a 3/4 size fridge and a microwave, as well as a private washroom. When I saw it was a residence I was a bit hesitant but the room overall was fine. Property is near a walking trail which is nice for the summer time. Only complaint is the linens are only changed every 3 nights and my room was not cleaned during my second stay, so you may need to request this from the front desk. Good value for the money and overall a decent set up. Not a luxury stay at all, but an affordable option for a single night or budget business travel.

We stayed for about 4 nights on this visit so brought our fire stick so we could watch tv in the room and my keurig to make it a feel a little more like home.

It’s a room, nothing fancy but it was clean and had all I needed to be comfortable during my stay. Showers are small, but again it was for just a couple of nights so manageable. Check in staff were friendly, made it quick and easy to get into our room.
