İşletme ile ilgilenen çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi, kendilerine teşekkür ederim. Ancak konaklama deneyiminin daha iyi olması için bazı temel eksikliklerin giderilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Odada yoğurt kovası tarzı bir kova yerine uygun bir çöp kutusu bulunmalı. Arızalı sifon mutlaka onarılmalı ve tuvalet kâğıdı için uygun bir aparat takılmalı. Ayrıca oda temizliğine biraz daha özen gösterilmesi gerekiyor; özellikle yatak başlıkları oldukça tozluydu. Turizm açısından bu kadar önemli ve değerli bir şehrimizi ziyaret eden misafirlerin daha iyi bir deneyim yaşaması önemli. Küçük dokunuşlarla konaklama kalitesinin çok daha iyi seviyeye getirilebileceğini düşünüyorum.

Kaldigim oda temiz ve denizi goruyordu.Bana guzel bir oda verdiler sagolsunlar. Giriste cok iyi karsilandik ve bize gidelecek her yer konusunda yardimci oldular. Geldigimiz gun hava cok sicakti ama odadaki klima yeniydi buda arti deniz suyu da cok guzeldi şifa gibi geldi gecede girdim. Arsuzdaki köyiçi Alaçatıya çok benziyordu.Heryerde inşaat ve altyapı çalışmaları vardı hemen bitirmeleri lazım. Genelde rahat bir tatil yaptım en kısa sürede yine görüşürüz

Two days at the beach

I met some wonderful fellow guests at the hotel. There is only wifi in one spot near the office. No toilet paper or bath towels in the room. But, the price was fair.
