The room is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the lake. The customer service is attentive and thoughtful. As for the meals, there is an impressive variety of dishes, most of which are delicious—especially the botan shrimp, yellowtail, and the steamed egg custard with nodoguro. In addition, the breakfast exceeded my expectations and was the best I’ve had across my past ten ryokan stays. You can tell the differences through their careful selections of food ingredients. 源泉掛け流しの大浴場は大変満足できるものでした。日替わりの男湯、女湯それぞれの浴場は清潔で広さもあり快適です。露天風呂も洗練された良いデザインでとても気に入りました。 建屋、客室は若干古さがあるものの清潔でスタイルも良く満足できるものです。個室に露天風呂がついているのも良いと思います。 現在旅館はリニューアル工事中で来春の完成後には是非また訪れたいと思います。

天井が剥がれ落ちるって笑

家族旅行で利用しました。 朝に大浴場の天井が剥がれ落ちて、女性用が利用停止となりました。もともと補修依頼などしていたとはおっしゃっていましたが、天井がつながっている男性用は利用継続で特に注意喚起もなかったです。 あとで調べましたが、関係法やガイドライン的には、宿泊客への注意喚起や他設備に問題がないのであればその説明が必要なようですが特にありませんでした。 普通のサービスは悪くなかったと思いますが、トラブル対応に関してはクリティカルに不安です。 食事は美味しかったです。
