Perfect hotel for Mayo Clinic trip. Easy access in enclosed walkway connected to hotel or they do offer shuttle to appointments. Lots of good restaurants including the one at lobby. Our room was large, modern & had every amenity. Great walking shower, comfy sofa in room (which I wish I’d slept on as my bed was particularly hard). Only shortcoming in hotel was no coffee service at lobby. Had to walk to a breakfast cafe.

We happened to be there on a very cold day (-3F on average). Hotel and people working they were very nice and warm! Public areas are clean comfortable and beautiful. We got a king size bed room. Bed was very comfortable, smelled nice and not over bleached. Room also had a nice couch.

This is the third time we’ve stayed here in the past 3 months. We’ve never been greeted with a smile while checking in. The staff needs to do a much better job welcoming their guests, because it always seems that we are a burden to them when we arrive for check in.
