Check in and communication from the host was great. We had a basement room with a small window. Could have done with a mirror in the bedroom to make getting ready easier. Bedsheets were stained and towels were not changed during our stay. We asked whether we could have them changed and were told there would be a charge. I think using your towels for 4 days twice a day they should have been changed. Location was fantastic.

Lovely and clean room in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the main square. Excellent value for money, would definitely recommend. Just one thing to note, there is no luggage storage at the property. On the day of check out we left our bags around the reception area downstairs at our own risk and returned to collect them before reception closed (2pm on a Sunday), so they weren’t left in the corridor with no one around. This wasn’t much of an issue for us though as we had backpacks and were due to head to the airport within a few hours anyway.

Really good location 😍 Really noisy, not from outside but inside. I had unfortunately forgotten my passport where I was staying the days before. So instead of being met with understanding and a little willingness to get my passport, I was met with shaking heads and words like "how is that possible" My logic dictates that I probably got the worst room possible. I love being in the streets of Krakow day and night, I always feel safe no matter what neighborhood I choose to stay in. I love the neighborhood but will always choose another place to live.

Location was amazing. Everything was so close the Stare miasto, just a small stroll through the park. There is Starbucks around the corner. Zabka and so many great restaurants. Also PKP train station is walking distance also through a park with nice pathways so you can roll your suitcase. Shower was great: hot water and great pressure. We did not get the breakfast. We always walked to the square. The only negative was no wifi. The signal was too week. The host gave us detailed information how to get inside the property so read your email ;)
