Lovely room in a very historical building in the old town . Atmospheric room with lovely comfortable bed great shower room, shared kitchen with all amenities. Access to a large roof top terrace with great views.. Overall a great place to stay 5stars

Old town charm

This property has a quaint charm. Located centrally, close to the old town. It is clean and well presented. The only minor beef was that the mezzanine had a low roof and the bed there is a bit on the hard side for my liking. That said I liked the property and would use it again.

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved this place. It is beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location right in the city, with easy access to restaurants, shops, attractions, and everything you need within walking distance. It made exploring the area very convenient. We didn’t meet any staff during our stay, but everything was well organized. The communication was excellent, and whenever we had a question, they responded very quickly. The only thing that confused us was the parking. The listing indicated that parking was available, but after I had booked, I sent them a message to ask about it and found out that there actually wasn’t any parking. They replied very quickly and were very helpful, but I think it would be good if the listing clarified this to avoid any confusion for future guests. Overall, we had a great experience, enjoyed our stay very much, and would definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely adored our stay! Antonia, the host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room itself was stunning and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood we stayed in is excellent; it’s just a short walk to restaurants/shops and Fortezza. I definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Antonia’s house. The location is amazing if you want to be right in the heart of the old town, the only downside is that it is very difficult to find parking in the area so we just opted to pay 15 euros for the day and leave it in a nearby car park. All of the wonderful bars, shops and restaurants are a stroll away from this property so we didn’t need our car at all once we arrived. The apartment was very spacious and so uniquely decorated. It had a real old world feel to it while still having all the modern amenities you enjoy like a smart tv with Netflix. There was a nice big kitchen at the entrance of the property guests could use and a lovely rooftop patio for communal use as well. We will definitely try to stay here again when we go back to Rethymno. Our family of 4 gives to it two thumbs up!

We booked a two bedroom suite for May 5, one night, for 4 people. We didn’t know this is actually not a hotel, got there in the afternoon, found nobody, the door was locked. When finally a girl came, showed us the unit, it’s one room with an elevated space that has another bed. The room has a strong chemical smell as the girl has a hair salon next door. We ended up not staying there, found another small nice hotel. I got email with check in instruction on May 8, three days after the day we supposed to stay. This is a terrible place, dark and dingy, only three rooms, downstairs has no window at all. The listing is very misleading!

Excellent accueil et très bon séjour. Logement très bien placé près du port et de la citadelle. Terrasse très agréable. C'est notre 3ieme séjour à Rethymnon et c'est notre meilleur hébergement. J'espère que nous pourrons y revenir.
