Centrally located and right near the metro. This musically-inspired hotel had lovely, friendly staff and very large rooms. The beds were quite firm and while the area can be loud, the double paned windows muffled most noise. There was a balcony but I couldn’t imagine actually sitting out there! Bathroom was quite large and except for a wobbly toilet seat, all was comfortable. The continental breakfast was a nice touch and again the staff made this one night stay very enjoyable and they kindly watched our bags and got in touch when something was left in our room.

This hotel is convenient to the train station if you are thinking of day trips outside of Milan on the train. The room was big, the amenities were good, and there is a subway stop two blocks away. All in all, we had a very good stay here, though the hotel staff needs to make more recommendations for restaurants to eat at in the vicinity. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good.

This is a very nice hotel right beside Loreto Metro station making it super convenient to commute anywhere in Milan. The room was nice and beds were comfy. For our family of four including two kids, it was a decent choice. Nearby to the hotel are many good restaurants.Overall our stay was good and satisfactory.

The hotel was very clean and really well-equipped for a three-star property. The location was excellent for metro and bus access but was a little disappointing for dining options. There were plenty of places around for breakfast and lunch but few dinner restaurants unless you include KFC and McDonalds. I would stay here again just for the cleanliness and the helpful staff.

Good location right next to the metro and choice of buses. Outside of thr building didn't look great but inside it has been converted really well. We had the bonus of a balcony complete with furniture. Bit noisy because of the road but was a bonus we didn't expect. Staff are really helpful, maps advice etc.. We stored our luggage both before check in and after check out. Mini fridge in the room. A kettle would have been great. Breakfast was typical continental. Overall I would recommend the hotel
